ANKARA – Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the incumbent president of Turkiye, often referred to as the ‘Ottoman Empire’s Sultan’ has secured his third term in Sunday’s presidential election runoff, solidifying his position as the country’s most dominant and popular political figure.
